What you see
The six data packages in the export dialog, price per company:
| Package | What is in it | Implicents per company |
|---|---|---|
| Base | identifier, name, address, activity | 1 (always included) |
| Contact | phone, email, website, LinkedIn, Xing | 1 |
| Legal | register court, register number, legal form, incorporation, share capital, VAT ID, LEI | 1 |
| Industry & size | object of the company, WZ codes, size class | 1 |
| People | managing directors, board, ownership, procuration | 1 |
| Key figures | balance-sheet total, revenue, profit, equity, headcount — each with its year | 4 |
From three add-on packages the price drops by 10 percent. The contact research can be added optionally: 2 Implicents per company searched and 2 more per company with a hit, at most 4, for at most 100 companies per run.
Budget by company count, not by run. The similarity search costs 2 Implicents once; everything after it is charged per company. Three examples for a list of 300 companies:
| Scope | Sum | Implicents |
|---|---|---|
| Base only | 2 + 300 × 1 | 302 |
| Base, contact, legal | 2 + 300 × 3 × 0.9 | 812 |
| All six packages | 2 + 300 × 9 × 0.9 | 2,432 |
That is the ceiling, not the bill: empty packages cost nothing and the key figures are staged. Export 40 companies instead and you pay a tenth of it.
Why similarity runs over the list
Every company is stored as a vector — a description of what it actually does, built from its website, the object of the company and the industry code. What is compared is neither names nor industry codes but meaning. Averaged across a whole list this gives the centre of gravity of your customer base, and the search runs around that point.
How you know it worked
Among the hits are companies whose names give nothing away about their business, spread across several federal states. If every hit shares a name stem with one of your seed companies, the list was too small or too one-sided.
The honest limit
The Excel export requires the Plus plan — including the plain one without add-on packages. The similarity search before it runs on both plans. This recipe is therefore the only one that does not run to its end without Plus, which is why it sits at the end and not at the start.
Charging follows delivery, not ticking. A package that fills no cell for a company costs nothing for that company; key figures are staged according to how much the filing contains. The price shown is the ceiling. If a run breaks off, the file is still written and only what was enriched is charged.
No private contact details of managing directors from the register. Names and roles yes, private address or email no. If you want evidenced contacts, take the contact package, which researches online and delivers the evidence with it.
