AI Lead Scoring

Every company checked against your target criterion — with score and rationale

from €490 B2B Sales & Marketing

Does this sound familiar?

Sales calls 200 companies to find the 30 that actually fit.

Your target criterion is in no data field: "several sites and an in-house finance department" cannot be filtered.

Filtering by industry and size returns either far too many hits or far too few.

Manual research takes three weeks, is undocumented, and cannot be repeated next time.

Ideal for: B2B Sales & Marketing

How It Works

From inquiry to final deliverable — transparent and predictable.

1
Step 1

Phrase the criterion

You describe in a few sentences what makes a company a good lead for you — and send the list or the filters for a lead list

2
Step 2

Agree the rule set

We formalise the criterion into sub-criteria, levels, and knockouts; you approve the rule set or adjust it

3
Step 3

Research & scoring

Each company is researched individually — website, subpages, web search, company data — and scored against the rule set

4
Step 4

Delivery

Scored list as Excel with score, levels, rationale, confidence, and sources per company

What You Receive

Rule set (for your approval before the run)

  • Sub-criteria with measurement question and weight
  • Observable anchors for levels 0, 1, and 2
  • Knockout criteria that rule a company out for certain
  • Search terms used to find evidence

Scored list (Excel)

  • Score from 0 to 10 per company, computed from the weighted levels
  • Level per sub-criterion as its own column — sortable and filterable
  • Rationale with concrete evidence, two to four sentences
  • Confidence high, medium, or low
  • Up to ten source URLs — only pages actually read
  • Status per company: scored, knockout, unreachable

Why Implisense

1

Your criterion, not our categories

What gets assessed is what you describe in your own words — including traits that exist as a field in no database

2

Traceable instead of black box

Every company comes with rationale, sources, and confidence; the score is computed from the levels, not estimated

3

Company data as the starting point

Commercial register master data, industry, size, and key figures provide the context the web research builds on

Frequently Asked Questions

Common questions we receive about this service.

What is a target criterion, and how do I phrase it?
A target criterion describes, in your own words, what makes a company a good lead for you — for instance "mid-sized companies with several sites and an in-house finance department, no group subsidiaries". It may include things that exist in no data field. Two to five sentences are enough; we handle the formalisation.
How does the criterion become a rule set?
We break it down into three to six sub-criteria that can each be researched on their own. Each gets a measurement question, a weight from 1 to 3, and observable anchors for the levels 0 (not met), 1 (partly), and 2 (clearly met). Hard exclusion criteria become knockouts. You receive this rule set for approval before the run — you see exactly what is being assessed.
Which sources are evaluated?
Per company, the website with its relevant subpages — imprint, about us, locations, careers, services — plus targeted web searches for the company name and the rule set's search terms. Implisense company data adds context: commercial register, industry, size class, management, and available key figures. Search snippets alone do not count as evidence; only pages actually read end up in the sources.
What is in the delivery?
Per company a score from 0 to 10, the level of each sub-criterion as its own column, a rationale of two to four sentences with concrete evidence, the confidence, up to ten source URLs, and a status: scored, knockout, or unreachable. The score is computed from the weighted levels, not estimated by the model — the same levels always yield the same score.
What does the confidence mean?
High means the decisive sub-criteria are backed by at least two independent sources, such as the website plus the register, press, or a job ad. Medium: only the company website or only the supplied company data. Low: website unreachable, company not clearly identifiable, or contradictory information. Companies with low confidence stand out at a glance and can be checked specifically.
My own list or an Implisense lead list?
Either. A lead list from our database can be scored directly. Your own list — CRM export, trade fair contacts, Excel — is first matched against the commercial register, as in data enrichment; rows that cannot be matched are flagged. You pay per company delivered. Knockouts are a delivery: knowing a company definitely does not fit is an answer.
Is this a credit score?
No. The score measures fit with your target criterion — not solvency, default risk, or creditworthiness. Implisense deliberately produces no credit scores. For the financial health of your existing base, there is the Portfolio Analysis.
What does scoring cost?
Package S up to 500 companies €490, package M up to 2,500 companies €990, package L up to 10,000 companies €1,990, package XL up to 50,000 companies €4,990, each excl. VAT. Larger lists on request. The package is determined by the number of companies delivered; for your own lists, by the uniquely matchable ones. Turnaround depends on list size and is usually a few working days.
