How is this different from the Portfolio Analysis?
Both use the same methodology — only the direction differs. Portfolio Analysis looks inward at companies you already know (your members or customers). Market Analysis looks outward — it searches the whole market for companies you don't know yet, based on a defined ICP.
Do you also deliver contact data for individual contacts?
We deliver the qualified target list — companies, scores, and company data. Direct contact details for individual people are not part of the delivery. We state this upfront so no expectation gap arises.
What exactly is an ICP?
Ideal Customer Profile: a data-driven description of your best existing customers — industry, size, revenue, region, growth rate. We distill the ICP from your historical wins and translate it into search criteria.
Do we need a CRM to use the list?
No. You receive an Excel file that you can import into any CRM — or use directly as a sales list without one.
How many companies will be in the target list?
It depends on your ICP. Typically we deliver a Top-300 to Top-1,000 list with scores. If your market is smaller under your criteria, we work with what's available — and make that transparent in the briefing.
