Four steps to an enriched list
The first three steps cost nothing on either plan. You see your match rate before you pay for anything.
Drop in the file
Excel, CSV or TSV from your CRM, ERP or a trade-fair list — up to 10 MB. Missing legal forms, typos and rows without a city are normal and no obstacle.

Company name, city, postcode, website, register number and VAT ID are suggested from the header row. The more of them your file carries, the more certain the match.
freeReview the match
Every row lands in one of three bands: matched, uncertain, no match. Ambiguous names are flagged as uncertain instead of being guessed.
freeSave as a list and export
The matched companies become a list. Writing it out as a spreadsheet with the chosen data packages requires the Plus plan.

What gets added
Six data packages, freely combinable in the Excel export. Core data is always included.

Unique ID, name, address and economic activity — the stable company identity.
Contact
The company’s phone, email, website and social profiles.
Legal
Register court and number, legal form, date founded, share capital.
Industry and size
Business purpose, NACE codes and size class by the EU SME definition.
People
Managing directors, board members, owners and authorised signatories from the register.
Financials
Revenue, net income, balance sheet total and headcount from the annual accounts.

What does it cost to enrich a company list?
Uploading, matching and saving as a list cost nothing on either plan — no Implicents, no payment details. The Free plan handles 200 rows per upload and starts with 100 Implicents. The Excel export with data packages comes with Plus at €59 per month plus VAT; it costs from 1 Implicent per company, depending on the packages chosen.
Do I have to hand over my file?
No. The file is read in your browser and never reaches our server. Only the mapped attributes that need resolving are sent — company name, city or register number, for instance. Afterwards we store only which company was matched. Columns with contact names or private contact details are not mapped and never leave your computer.
How many of my companies will be matched?
It depends on what your file carries besides the name: with a VAT ID or register number the match is almost certain, with name and city it is good, with the name alone it is shaky. A few rows almost always stay unmatched — usually sole traders, associations or foreign companies that are not in the German commercial register. The review list shows the rate before the list is created.
Which data is added?
Six data packages, freely combinable: core data, contact, legal, industry and size, people, and financials — the same packages we deliver as company data and lead lists. Core data costs 1 Implicent per company; every further package is charged on top.
My list has more than 1,000 rows. What then?
Split the file, or let us do the matching: CRM data cleansing starts with a free quality report within 48 hours and consolidates duplicates as well. If you enrich regularly, use the API.
How is this different from company data and CRM data cleansing?
List enrichment is the do-it-yourself route in the platform, immediate and without a call. With company data we deliver the enriched file as a package; with CRM data cleansing we match your records for you, resolve duplicates and report on quality. The data is the same in all three cases.
