Search and filter
Full-text search across 2.3 million active German companies, combined with filters for industry, region, federal state and size class. Results can be added to a list directly.
Company profiles with depth
Commercial register data and registry court, multi-year financials from the annual accounts, management and shareholders, a chronicle of every change, plus comparable companies (peers).
Lists, not one-off lookups
Collect companies in named lists, annotate them with your own notes and find them again — sortable by federal state, industry and date added. Free: 3 lists holding 200 companies in total. Plus: 50 lists, unlimited companies.
Excel upload without handing over the file
Upload your own customer or CRM list, map the columns, match it against the dataset — in both plans and without Implicents. The spreadsheet is read in your browser and never reaches our server; only the company names to be resolved are transmitted.
Excel export with company data
Write a list out as an enriched spreadsheet — six selectable data packages from core data through contact and legal to people and financials. The same packages that fill our lead lists. Plus tier, from 1 Implicent per company.
The same data as API and MCP
The platform reads the same daily-updated dataset as our REST API and MCP server. Use both and the numbers in the interface and in your integration are identical.
The AI features
Research that would otherwise be manual work — each with its cost stated, so nothing quietly burns credit. All of them run in both plans.

AI summary of a list
3 ImplicentsDescribes in prose what characterises an entire list: which industries, sizes and regions shape it and where the companies resemble one another. It draws on our own data only, never a web search.
Similarity search on a list
2 ImplicentsDerives the shared pattern across all companies in a list and searches the full dataset for it. A list of existing customers becomes a list of plausible new ones.
Order a shareholder list
10 ImplicentsRetrieves the shareholder list filed with the commercial register for a GmbH as an official document under § 40 GmbHG — without the detour via the registry portal. Charged only on a successful find.
List profile
no ImplicentsShows the structure of any list at a glance: industry focus by over-representation, size classes, legal forms, founding years and the regional spread on a map of Germany.
None of these features depends on your plan: they run on Free exactly as they do on Plus, at the same price in Implicents. Charging happens per retrieval and only on success. The plan governs your free balance, your limits and profile depth — not what you are allowed to do.

What does the Implisense Platform cost?
The Free tier costs nothing and needs no payment details: you create an account and receive 100 Implicents as a starting balance, then 25 Implicents in every further month. Plus costs €59 per month plus VAT, can be cancelled monthly and includes 200 Implicents per month.
What are Implicents?
Implicents are the usage currency of the platform and of the same API. Searches, lists and core profiles cost nothing; demanding retrievals such as AI research or the shareholder list cost credit — and only on success. The important distinction is between plan and credit: the plan governs your free balance, your limits and profile depth, not which feature you are allowed to run at all. Every AI feature works on Free too, and both plans buy Implicents at the same list price. The one exception is the enriched Excel export, which requires Plus.
How many companies are covered?
Around 2.3 million active German companies. Counted are active entries from the commercial, partnership and cooperative registers (HRA, HRB, PR, GnR); registered associations (VR) do not count as companies and are not included. The data comes from the commercial register and other structured sources and is updated daily.
What data is available on a company?
Core data with address, industry and size class, the commercial register number including the responsible registry court, multi-year financials from the annual accounts, management and shareholders, a chronicle of changes, and comparable companies. Free shows the core data of that, Plus the complete profile. AI research on contacts and news as well as the shareholder list are open to both plans and cost Implicents.
Can I upload my own company list?
Yes, in both plans and without Implicents. You upload an Excel or CSV file, map the columns, have the company names matched against the dataset and review the matches before they become a list. The file itself never leaves your browser — it is read locally, and only the values to be resolved are sent to our server. Free processes 200 rows per upload, Plus 1,000.
Can I export data again?
Yes. A list can be written out as a spreadsheet, enriched with up to six selectable data packages: core data, contact, legal, industry and size, people, and financials. Core data is always included and costs 1 Implicent per company; with every package it is 9, with a 10% discount from three add-ons upwards. The enriched export requires the Plus tier — these are the same data packages we otherwise sell as a lead list.
How is personal data handled?
Contact search researches in real time against publicly available sources and targets professional functions within companies, not private individuals. No stock of personal records is built up in advance. Company data comes from official registers and other public sources.
Do I need the platform or the API?
The platform is the interface for people, while the API and MCP server are the same dataset for systems and AI agents. If you research, take the platform; if you enrich or automate, take the API. One account covers both — you create API keys in the settings.
Can I cancel Plus monthly?
Yes. Plus runs monthly with no minimum term; a change takes effect at the end of the month. All prices quoted are net and exclude 19% German VAT.
