What you see
The result has two halves, and their order is the message.
| Half | Source | Cost | Coverage |
|---|---|---|---|
| What the commercial register says | official announcements, across the whole list | no Implicents | complete, with dates |
| What the web says | press, social media, job ads | 3 Implicents per block of 40 companies | a sample, no claim to completeness |
Signal types for both halves: distress and risk · financing · personnel · growth · product · other. Anything that could not be tied to a specific company on the list sits in its own block — attribution is never guessed.
How you know it worked
From the register half you have at least one dated entry you can quote on a call. A change of managing director means new budgets, new suppliers and new willingness to talk — that is the trigger. A list without events is an address book.
The honest limit
The web half is thin in the German Mittelstand. A real customer run across 200 mid-sized companies produced a single web hit. Higher rates come from lists containing large, frequently covered corporations — which is not representative of most target lists, and we would rather say so up front.
Rely on the register half. It is complete, dated and free. The web research is the addition, not the foundation.
Cost: 3 Implicents per block of 40 companies, at most 5 blocks — so at most 200 companies and 15 Implicents per run. A block that finds nothing is not charged; the receipt states how much of the ceiling was actually debited. Both plans.
Every statement in the web half carries a source and a date, so you can check what it rests on.
