Lubmin ist eine kleine Stadt in Mecklenburg-Vorpommern, nur wenige Meter vom Meer entfernt. Mit seinen 2.081 Einwohnern ist es ein schönes grünes Fleckchen in Deutschland. Lubmin ist die Stadt des Fischereihafens und beherbergt auch viele Produktionen, die mit dem maritimen Sektor verbunden sind, einschließlich der Fischverarbeitung, aber auch der Offshore-Windindustrie. Die Lage direkt am Meer macht Lubmin zu einem idealen Ort für Tourismus und Erholung. Der Hafen ist zudem ein bekanntes Zentrum für Schiffbau, Schiffsreparaturen, Passagier- und Frachtverkehr. In Lubmin gibt es zahlreiche Seen, Strände und Attraktionen, die Tagestouristen und Urlauber anziehen. In der Stadt gibt es auch viele Lebensmittelgeschäfte und Restaurants, so dass man bequem einkaufen und essen gehen kann.
