Can we filter by specific industries or regions?
Yes. All segments in the report are filterable — by WZ industry code, federal state, company size, and revenue class. You receive the Excel file with a pivot table you can filter yourself.
How current is the data?
Our database is updated daily from the commercial register. Address data, authorized representatives, and company status are typically no more than 30 days old. Revenue and headcount figures are based on the most recent available annual reports.
We only have 200 companies — is it still worth it?
Yes. Smaller lists often yield the biggest insights — because having the data in structured form enables segmentation that was previously just guesswork. For lists under 100 companies, we recommend the Potential Analysis instead.
What if many of our companies aren't found?
It depends heavily on your member mix. For GmbHs, AGs, and registered merchants, match rate is typically 85–95%. For associations (eingetragene Vereine), sole traders, or foreign-registered entities, it may be lower. Unmatched companies are documented in the report — we clarify the expected coverage rate during the briefing.
