Purpose

Die Unterstützungskasse ist eine soziale Einrichtung, die es den Gesellschaften Frankfurter Societät GmbH (FS), Frankfurter Societäts-Medien GmbH und Frankfurter Societäts-Druckerei GmbH sowie allen Gesellschaften, an denen die Frankfurter Societät GmbH direkt oder indirekt 100% der Anteile hält (zusammen "FS-Unternehmensgruppe"), ermöglicht, im Rahmen der steuerlich zulässigen Grenzen Beihilfe in Fällen der Not und Arbeitslosigkeit zu gewähren. Die Gesellschaften werden nachfolgend als "Trägerunternehmen" bezeichnet. Ausschließlicher und unabänderbarer Zweck der Unterstützungskasse ist die Gewährung von Beihilfen in Fällen der Not oder Arbeitslosigkeit an Versorgungsberechtigte im Sinne dieser Satzung. Versorgungsberechtigte und Leistungsempfänger i.S.d. Satzung sind aktive Betriebsangehörige und frühere Betriebsangehörige der Trägerunternehmen, die aus diesen nach dem 01.01.2011 ausgeschieden sind, sowie deren Angehörige. Dies gilt entsprechend für ausgleichsberechtigte Personen im Rahmen des Versorgungsausgleichsgesetzes. Ein Rechtsanspruch auf Beihilfe besteht nicht. Ein solcher Anspruch kann auch nicht durch laufende Unterstützung begründet werden. Ein wirtschaftlicher Geschäftsbetrieb ist von der Tätigkeit des Unternehmens ausgeschlossen. Die Mittel des Unternehmens werden ausschließlich für die in dieser Satzung festgelegten Zwecke verwendet.
