Verbundbezogene Forschung und Entwicklung (§ 14) 10. Mittelfristige Verbundplanung, Verbundetat und Ergebnisrechnung für den Öffentlichen Straßenpersonennahverkehr (ÖSPV, § 15) 11. Richtlinien (§ 16) 12. Unterstützung des "Zweckverband Aachener Verkehrsverbund" (ZV AVV) im Rahmen seiner Mitgliedschaft im "Zweckverband Nahverkehr - SPNV & Infrastruktur - Rheinland" (ZV NVR) 13. Vorschlag von verbundraumbezogenen Investitionsmaßnahmen zum jährlichen Katalog des ZV NVR gemäß § 12 Abs. 5 ÖPNVG NRW 14. Grenzüberschreitende Zusammenarbeit in der EUREGIO Maas-Rhein (§ s Abs. 12) 15. Förderung des ÖPNV im Rahmen der vom Land NRW gewährten Mittel gemäß § 11a und § 11 Abs. 2 ÖPNVG NRW, sowie die Förderung des Sozialtickets gemäß den "Richtlinien Sozialticket 2011" 16. Abstimmung und Koordination der lokalen Nahverkehrspläne der Verbandsmitglieder des ZV AVV (Verbandsmitglieder) mit dem SPNV-Nahverkehrsplan des ZV NVR 17. Umfassende Unterstützung des ZV AVV bei seiner Aufgabenwahrnehmung einschließlich Geschäftsstellenfunktion 18. Sicherung von Qualitätsstandards für den Verbundverkehr 19. Implementierung eines intermodalen Informationssystems und Hinwirkung auf eine intermodale, verbundeinheitliche Vertriebsplattform 20. Regelmäßige Messung der Kundenzufriedenheit im Verbundverkehr (z.B. in Form eines Kundenbarometers) im Auftrag der Aufgabenträger oder der im Verbundraum tätigen Verkehrsunternehmen.
