Ostereistedt ist eine Kleinstadt im Landkreis Uelzen in Niedersachsen. Es hat ca. 929 Einwohner und liegt ca. 84 km westlich von Hamburg. Die Region ist landwirtschaftlich geprägt mit einer Vielzahl von landwirtschaftlichen Betrieben, die Obst, Gemüse und Blumen produzieren.
