Can I test Customer Relationship Intelligence before I purchase a license?

Yes, we offer you the opportunity to get to know our solution during a non-binding test phase. Please note that installation costs may be incurred during the test phase. However, these will be fully offset against the license when you place an order.

How does billing and renewal work?

Billing takes place annually, and the license is not automatically renewed. We will contact you in good time before the license expires to discuss an extension or an adjustment to your requirements.

What are the differences between the plans?

The plans differ in the number of organizations that can be processed by the CRI assistants during the booking period, the AI model used and the level of support available, as well as the individual customization options. Details can be found in the overview table.

Are there any additional costs for integration into our CRM system?

Integration into your CRM system is included in the price. However, additional costs may be incurred for individual customizations or additional requirements. Please contact us to discuss your requirements.
